Order:
Customers may order goods and services by contacting Sólsetur by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone at +298 35 36 37.
The customers will receive an invoice and a payment link through Quickpay, after the order/services are fulfilled.

 

Payment:
Customers may receive payment links through Quickpay to pay for goods and services. A customer’s credit card will only be charged if the goods and services have been fulfilled.
In case services or goods are shipped overseas, the payment will charged before shipment overseas.

 

Refunds:
In case there are damages in the goods, once they arrive with shipment, the customers may be refunded for the nature of the damages. The customer needs to provide proof of the damages in terms of a photo of the damage.

 

Shipment:
Sólsetur uses the postal service "Posta" in the Faroe Islands to carry out all deliverances abroad. The time of delivery varies from 1-7 days depending on receiving country.
